Take out a sheet of paper. I use yellow legal pads.
Get your favorite pen. I like black.
Now visit this site:
Choose an advertisement that catches your attention.
Now hand copy – word-for-word – every single letter of that advertisement.
Don’t try and cram it all in one session. Break it up into daily 30 minute sessions.
If you want to double your ability to sell, do this for 90 days.
If you want to become a full-time 6 figure/year copywriter, do this for a year.
If you want to make a $1,000,000 then never stop doing this.
I still do it. Everyday.
It works. For copywriting, fiction, non-fiction, blog posts, whatever.
It’s a simple exercise that anyone can do. It’s been proven to work by countless authors, copywriters, novelists etc.
Hand copy great sales letters and you won’t be able to help but write great sales letters.
